Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of P&C practices, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, D&I, organisational development, and HR strategy.
* Ability to manage complex P&C issues, with specialist expertise in workplace relations, including performance, misconduct, grievances, investigations, change, and dispute resolution.
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a proven ability to drive quality HR outcomes using data-driven insights.
* Bachelor or higher qualification in human resources or a related discipline.
