This role focuses on leading and managing complex water and wastewater projects while fostering team capability and skills development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage challenging civil infrastructure projects throughout all design phases, particularly those involving water and wastewater elements. Mentor and support engineers within the water team, promoting continuous skill building. Work independently while ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are monitored, and financial targets are achieved. Represent the company at internal and external events, and design activities that positively impact the business. Qualifications Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong experience in civil infrastructure and the water industry, preferably in a consulting environment. In-depth knowledge of Water Corporation approvals and submission requirements. Membership in relevant professional institutions or progress towards eligibility. Familiarity with legislation, regulations, and codes of practice related to the water sector.
