**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Produce regular reports on service delivery and consistency in delivery of evidence based best practice clinical case through the extraction, development and evaluation of routine data.
- Identify trends and common problem areas that need to be addressed by proactively auditing, monitoring and reporting on quality issues.
- Assist in the resolution of customer issues through effective communication skills, including negotiation and mediation.
- Recommend strategies to improve work outputs to align with service delivery benchmarks by presenting concepts for change in a positive manner and effectively marketing these to members of the HCC using a variety of mediums.
- Assist in the timely response to specific, varying requests for information by appropriately retrieving data for analysis, planning, and producing reports as requested.
- In conjunction with the Director, Clinical Safety and Quality, participate in training needs analysis by providing feedback on staff on a range of quality indicators, recommending improvement strategies and identifying any skills development needs.
- Ensure the quality of data retrieved from systems through attention to detail and maintaining an in
- depth knowledge of HCC services and technology.
