Ray White Yamba is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing team in one of the Clarence Valley's most dynamic real estate offices. About the Role
We are looking for a confident and capable Property Manager who can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a well-maintained portfolio, supported by an established team and industry-leading systems. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring best-practice service for landlords and tenants
* Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and coordinate maintenance
* Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy compliance
* Prepare and attend tribunal matters when required
* Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service
* Work collaboratively with our team to uphold Ray White's market-leading standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring professionalism, initiative, and a strong understanding of residential property management. You will also be supported by a highly experienced team who enjoys a good laugh—so being personable and positive certainly helps.
Applicants must have:
* A minimum of 12 months' property management experience
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confidence with property management software and technology
* A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
* A current driver's licence
