Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed Christian team as an office administration officer. The part-time position is during school term times only, with the possibility of starting in February 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Administration Office Manager in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the school community. This will involve fostering strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a reliable and punctual attitude. A genuine and friendly personality is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Administration Office Manager in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the school community.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members.
* Maintain a positive and efficient office working environment.
* Perform administration tasks via digital platforms.
* Learn and adhere to established systems and procedures.
