About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the project lifecycle of numerous Building and facades remediation works throughout the Northern Territory region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage entire project from commencement to completion, including project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
* Manage client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
* Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
* Develop and manage project programmes & timelines, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency.
* Conduct weekly meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing construction/remediation projects in a contractor environment.
* Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities, including the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
* A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety, with the ability to lead by example.
* Commercial acumen, including contract awareness and cost tracking experience.
* Programming and planning skills, with the ability to develop and manage project programmes & timelines.
* Ability to self-manage while working well in a team environment.
* Proven problem-solving ability and ability to 'think outside the box', resolving complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Construction White Card.
* Drivers Licence.
* Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
