This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts in Sydney, Australia. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of our solutions within an assigned territory and named accounts.
To achieve this goal, you will need to develop and execute strategic account plans and territory coverage strategies. This includes maintaining accurate records and pipeline activity in Salesforce, leveraging internal and external data sources to prioritize and plan sales efforts, and engaging new and existing customers to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and close incremental business.
You will also build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Representing our company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings will be crucial in promoting our products and services.
Delivering consistent and professional communication, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, will be vital to your success in this role. Collaborating with Product and Regional Business Managers to identify product-market fit, support customer requirements, and inform product strategy will also be essential.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Maintaining a strong track record of high performance, including consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, will be expected.
