Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.
- Program CNC machines, with a focus on efficient and accurate milling processes.
- Heidenhain experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and project timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with hands-on milling experience.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine set-up, operation, and programming.
- Heidenhain experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
