About the role
As a Quality Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance by leading Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance on quality processes, audits, batch release testing, and customer complaints investigations.
You will be responsible for driving QA standardisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting teams in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance.

What you will need to do:
* Lead QA initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational quality standards.
* Coach and mentor teams to enhance their understanding of QA principles.
* Develop and implement robust QA systems to improve efficiency and product quality.
* Foster strong relationships with site teams to build trust, drive engagement, and maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
* Conduct regular GMP & Gemba walks to monitor quality practices.
* Implement and oversee ISO 9001 and other regulatory quality systems.
* Deliver data-driven insights and reports on key quality metrics.
* Conduct Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) audits, ensuring compliance.
* Monitor and calibrate equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
* Perform data trending on complaints to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
* Conduct all testing associated with raw materials, finished products, and imports for batch release.
* Ensure timely product release in SAPQM, adhering to quality standards.
* Lead and oversee quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in QA, compliance, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
* Expertise in ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, supplier audits, and regulatory compliance.
* Experience conducting audits, including internal, external, and RCA investigations.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data trending and risk assessment.
* Proficiency in SAPQM and other quality management systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of calibration processes and lab equipment maintenance.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed reports.
* Lead auditor certification (desirable but not required).
