We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our Sales and Account Partner teams in delivering exceptional customer service to our residential real estate clients. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing timely and efficient support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with client correspondence, data cleansing, creating reports, and producing sales data.
* Support the setup of digital marketing listings and facilitate general administrative tasks to meet client and team requests.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve ad-hoc tasks and queries.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or college.
* Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support/admin function.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
