The Opportunity
38 hours per week. Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Becoming BRA‐FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance.
* Representing Bendon's vision – helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life.
* Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs.
* Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD.
* Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimise store performance.
* Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level.
