In this role you will:
* Work closely with a senior team of experienced engineers, design managers and other project managers to maintain our excellent project delivery track record.
* Successfully deliver complex projects within high‐performing interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the financial success of the business.
* Contribute to decision‐making and challenge how our projects are being delivered.
* Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
* Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding the client's business.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering.
* Technical understanding of water infrastructure, including:
o Water and sewerage networks.
o Water and wastewater treatment plants.
o Water resources projects.
o Dams and pumped hydro infrastructure.
* Project Management qualifications/certifications preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional) or working towards a recognised qualification or demonstrated PM excellence in a consulting environment.
* Excellent organisation and time‐management skills, with high financial competency and sound business acumen.
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks and multi‐task to ensure deadlines are met.
* Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients to meet their objectives.
* Ideally experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
