Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract management, procurement, and administration. You will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, drafting subcontract documentation, reviewing trade packages, and assessing quotes.
You will also be responsible for managing project variations, responding to on-site requests, and managing client and subcontractor RFIs. Additionally, you will assist with head contract and subcontract administration, manage project expenditure, and prepare monthly reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a meticulous eye for detail. You will also need to have proficiency in MS Suite and experience in JOBPAC.
