At Elders Insurance, we're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
* Manage end-to-end client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery from onboarding to policy renewal and servicing.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation according to company standards.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance guidelines, regulations, and policies.
* Contribute to developing strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and insurance quotes tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging risks to proactively address client needs.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* A high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* The ability to obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
* Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.
