Play a key role in driving the attraction and retention of talent for the Department of the Environment Tourism Science and Innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Queensland Land and Sea Ranger Program (the program) as it continues to expand. This position will work as part of a team to focus on supporting the implementation of various ranger training and development initiatives (including leadership training, VET training opportunities and Ranger to Trainer). The position will be responsible for identifying and supporting groups to access external training opportunities and training funding available to ranger groups. This role will also include some small grant project management.
