SAP Functional Analyst
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to join our team at a leading organization.
* Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, financial management, and delivery of small-scale projects within relevant SAP functional or business areas.
* Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within SAP and related products, aligned with specific functional or business area requirements.
* Support the evaluation, research, and recommendation of new or enhanced SAP functionalities, technologies, or integrated services for potential adoption.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to assess current and future needs related to relevant SAP functional or business areas.
* Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap analyses, test plans, and training materials.
About You
You possess in-depth knowledge of processes and configurations in relevant SAP Modules, S/4HANA, Personas, SAP FIORI, and BTP. Your project management experience has led to proven success in delivering business process improvements in relevant SAP functional/business areas, including the application of best practices, and coaching to ensure successful delivery.
You excel as a true partner within the business, understanding issues and identifying areas for improvement, gathering, and analyzing information to help the team implement these improvements. Additionally, you have strong verbal and written communication skills and can adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders and situations.
