Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$50.00/hr - $60.00/hrOverview:We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Dynamics 365 Sales Engineer to serve as our in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting the platform—particularly in the Sales module—and who understands how to optimize the system to meet business needs.You will be the go-to authority on Dynamics 365 Sales, collaborating with internal teams and taking over knowledge transfer from an external partner (Cognizant). You must be capable of translating business requirements into technical implementations and maintaining the health of the platform through thoughtful configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancements.Responsibilities:Serve as the Dynamics 365 Sales SME, overseeing implementation, customization, and support.Understand and apply out-of-the-box product features to meet end-user needs without excessive customization.Configure and manage Power Platform tools (Power Automate flows, Power Apps) related to D365 Sales.Lead knowledge transfer and documentation processes from the existing consulting partner (Cognizant).Support day-to-day platform administration including security role design, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.Work with stakeholders across business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure best practices are followed for security, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and data governance in the Dataverse.Maintain and improve system performance, integrations, and user adoption through training and support.Must-Have Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (formerly CRM).Strong technical expertise with model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics configuration/customization.Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales product features and how to best leverage them.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Capable of working independently, taking ownership of the platform, and driving innovation.Comfortable participating in and managing a structured knowledge transfer process.Nice to Have:Experience in the entertainment or media industry.Familiarity with ALM processes and tooling in the Power Platform ecosystem.Exposure to Power Platform governance, environment management, and security best practices.Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionSales, Information Technology, and EngineeringIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
