Description
* Acting as the first point of contact for HR and ER matters on-site
* Develop, implement and review HR processes, procedures, to support the organisation
* Provide coaching, mentoring and training to Managers and Supervisors on performance, behaviour, engagement and HR practices
* Providing guidance on policies, processes and entitlements
* Supporting workforce planning and retention initiatives
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Operational Employees and Management Teams, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
* Managing workplace people issues including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other investigations, disciplinary matters as required
Profile
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Employee Relations OR equivalent experience
* Previous experience in a HR Advisory / HR Generalist role
* Strong understanding of contemporary HR practice and Fair Work / Industrial Relations frameworks
* Confident supporting leaders and resolving people matters
