Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join Corporate Services Division as a Director Solution Program Delivery where you will lead an effective and client focused team to deliver a diverse suite of release programs and projects across a range of Corporate technology solutions to the Department of Health and the Hospital and Health Services across the state.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead the Solution Program Delivery Team in alignment with the Public Service Values as a high performing team where staff understand their roles and contribution to Queensland Health objectives and are supported and valued in their work.
- Lead the development, management and implementation of a program of work with numerous interdependent ICT projects against their respective project plan and take the lead role in progressing remedial and corrective action where progress falls outside of agreed parameters.
- Provide strategic oversight of the assessment, analysis, documentation, development, scheduling and implementation planning of large, complex changes to Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions, including the evaluation of risks inherent in proposed implementations.

The essential requirements for this role are:

- Values based leader that can inspire a team to improve cohesiveness and collaboration to develop a high performing team.
- Experience in successfully providing program and project leadership in a large and complex organisation, particularly for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
- Expertise in, and application of, appropriate project management methodologies, and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
