Carbone Lawyers is seeking a dedicated and motivated Paralegal to join our team in Bentleigh and Ringwood, working within the Personal Injury Law department. These are permanent, full-time positions that offer an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career in the legal field. As a Paralegal at Carbone Lawyers, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our legal team and contributing to the efficient operation of the Firm. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in case preparation by conducting researchand organising documentation
* Preparing and drafting legal documents
* Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and maintain case files
* Managing administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling billing activities
* Supporting solicitors during trials by providing logistical assistance and document management
* Contributing to the overall success of the firm by adhering to quality standards and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
