Job Overview

Step into a dynamic role within our Mobile & Crawler Cranes division in East Rockingham. This role focuses on providing vital administrative support across a wide range of tasks supporting the service team in maintaining and enhancing their customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Raise and process customer service jobs and repair orders, including costing completed jobs.
* Support the scheduling of service jobs.
* Prepare and issue invoices for completed service work in a timely manner.
* Travel coordination: organise team members travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
* Timesheet administration for payroll and reporting purposes.
* Process expense claims & manage purchasing activities and accounts payable workflow with precision to ensure compliance with our policies.
* Address customer inquiries in a professional manner to ensure timely and effective resolution.
* Maintain and update databases, ensuring filing systems are organised, up to date and efficiently archived.
* Update and manage databases, filing and archiving.

Qualifications and Skills

* Strong customer service focus with a professional manner.
* Self-driven and proactive.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Cert III in Business Administration or minimum 2 years in a relevant administrative role.
