By joining Juris, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team committed to transforming the banking and financial services landscape.YOUR MISSION is to supercharge our squad by crafting and running innovative talent development programs that make a real difference—fueling both individual growth and Juris’s continued success.We are seeking a dynamic leader to join Juris Technologies as a Talent Development Manager – a hands-on, creative role where you’ll spark learning, boost engagement, and help every Jurisian unlock their full potential.WHAT YOU’LL DO HEREDesigning and Activating Future-Ready Talent Strategies:Design, implement, and manage talent development programs that align with organizational goals and business priorities.Partner with business leaders to identify current and future skills gaps and deploy relevant upskilling/reskilling initiatives.Develop career pathing, succession plans, and leadership pipelines to support growth and employee retention.Team up with our subject matter rockstars to deliver top-notch training for software engineers, analysts, project managers, and other business heroes.Coordinate onboarding, induction, and structured on-the-job learning to accelerate employee productivity and growth.Champion the use of digital learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) to drive program accessibility and impact.Empowering Performance:Collaborate with line managers to integrate development plans with performance management systems, ensuring learning objectives translate into measurable performance outcomes.Establish evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning and talent development initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.Mapping out talent using dynamic performance and potential matrixes to spotlight our rising stars and future leaders.Energizing the performance appraisal process to inspire growth, motivation, high achievement across JurisTech.Promote a positive, inclusive work environment that values continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.Align talent development with broader employee engagement and retention strategies.Driving Operational Excellence:Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery of programs.Stay current on best practices and trends in talent development, HR, and the tech/software industry, recommending innovative solutions.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?You are someone who:Ability to quickly immerse in and understand Juris’s unique ways of working—learning how our teams operate—and rapidly adapt or tailor approaches as needed.Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field.Has a minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR/L&D, with at least some exposure in the technology or software industry.Has demonstrated success in developing and executing talent development initiatives linked to business success.Has experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.Strong business partnering, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and engage at all levels.Join us and be part of a forward-thinking team that is shaping the future of software development and delivery.
