Job Description
* Lead the FP&A function in a standalone role with broad organisational visibility and hands‐on responsibility.
* Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate, timely insights to inform organisational planning.
* Deliver high‐quality financial analysis and modelling to support strategic and operational decision‐making.
* Manage month‐end reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance commentary.
* Partner closely with the Head of Finance to deliver meaningful financial insights and strengthen financial governance.
* Engage proactively with cross‐functional stakeholders to support data‐driven decisions.
* Contribute to process improvement, enhanced financial systems, and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Work within a hybrid model (3 days in office / 2 days WFH).
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA or CA qualification (completed or near completion) highly regarded.
* Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of financial modelling and budgeting techniques.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools.
* A track record of working effectively in the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
* Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
