Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the CEO and advisory committee to coordinate the Indigenous Ranger Program.
· Plan and work with rangers to deliver on-Country activities such as weed and pest control, flora and fauna monitoring, and track maintenance.
· Collaborate with a consultant to develop a strategic plan for the program.
· Support cultural heritage work, including site protection and knowledge sharing.
· Engage with Elders and the local community through cultural events and activities.
· Build partnerships with government and non-government agencies to care for Country.
· Create opportunities to share knowledge with other ranger teams across the region.

Who We're Looking For
· Strong project management skills and an interest in operations management.
· Experience in project tracking, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Excel) and project tracking software.
· Ability to problem-solve and network effectively.
· Demonstrated experience in team coordination and working with Aboriginal communities.
· Clear communicator with strong cultural competency.
· Connections to the local South Coast Aboriginal community.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
· Willingness to work outdoors and learn new skills.
Desired Qualifications & Requirements
· Certification in Supervision, Management, Leadership, or Project Management.
· Working with Vulnerable People and Working with Children Checks.
· A criminal history check
· Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
· Current Driver's Licence.
· Current First Aid Certificate (including remote First Aid) or willingness to undertake training.
· Certificate III/IV qualification (required).
· Preferred: Certificate III/IV in Conservation and Land Management or demonstrated experience working on Country or in natural resource management.
