* Administrative tasks: The successful applicant will undertake a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, minute-taking, ensuring relevant documents are available, and progressing action items as required.

* Travel arrangements: The successful applicant will organise travel and accommodation for department staff as needed.
