A Partnerships Coach will work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them with employment opportunities while collaborating with employers to create inclusive hiring solutions.

This role involves working side-by-side with participants to understand their strengths and aspirations, providing tailored coaching, linking to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors.
Key Responsibilities
Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client alignment.
Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider helping people with disability achieve career goals.
Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Driver's License - essential
