Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Data Intelligence - Realtime Analytics Platform

We are building an internal realtime analytics platform to connect data across Culture Amp and enable product teams to deliver analytics and reporting capabilities. This is an early, long-term project critical to the business.
How you can help make a better world of work
Responsibilities
* Design, build and manage the infrastructure for our realtime analytics platform.
* Ensure the platform is reliable, secure and performant.
* Collaborate with platform customers to understand needs and design solutions.
* Iterate on platform design toward a self-service capability.
* Coach and mentor team members to uplift skills and capabilities.
* Set and elevate standards for quality on the team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code; Terraform is essential, CDKTF and Typescript are ideal.
* Experience in cloud environments; AWS preferred.
* Strong familiarity with operational practices and systems (Observability, Security, CI/CD, Configuration management, etc.).
* Previous experience with data systems and platforms is a big plus (knowledge of Clickhouse, warehouses and pipelines helpful).
* A drive to learn and help others improve engineering craft.
