We are seeking a **Food & Beverage Marketing Manager** to support the Director of Marketing in all aspects of the day-to-day department activities and promote awareness of hotel's venues, activations, weddings and brand image internally and externally for the Food & Beverage discipline.
**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Develop and implement cohesive and integrated marketing plans for the positioning, promotion and events calendar, public relations, digital channels and social media
- Manage the F&B marketing budget to achieve business and marketing goals
- Evaluate new marketing opportunities for the F&B outlets
- Brand management and content: organise and manage lifestyle orientated photography and video shoots to support brand positioning
- Leverages media and influencers in line with marketing strategies and in line with the target customer profile
- Works collaboratively with local, regional, and national partners/vendors to build awareness, increase exposure and demand generation for the hotel's restaurant & bar
**About You**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Hotel/Tourism Management and/or Marketing/Public Relations.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a strong background in F&B, retail or hospitality.
- Passion for F&B and lifestyle trends, with an understanding of the local market and a strong network of industry connections.
- Proven expertise in content creation, social media, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Creative, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset, with a commitment to delivering unique, engaging guest experiences.
