About the Role
We are offering a rare and exclusive opportunity to join our high-performing sales team at Barrier Reef Group WA (Barrier Reef Pools Perth & Factory Pools Perth). As a Sales Consultant, you'll represent one of Australia's most recognised and trusted pool brands, giving you the power to sell from over 100 pool models, a specially curated colour palette, and the highest-quality accessories available on the market. All backed by our award winning Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Aftercare teams.
You'll play a vital role in helping homeowners across WA design and build their perfect backyard oasis. Backed by a strong brand, industry-leading products, and a supportive team, this role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused individual who's ready to sell with confidence and passion.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting all showroom guests and providing excellent customer service
Respond and follow up sales inquiries on the phone, via email and face-to-face with customers in a speedy and professional manner
Ensuring all new and existing sales opportunities via phone, email, website or in person are actioned and entered in the CRM systems in timely manner
Preparing quotes, lead management, proactive follow up to closing deals on Swimming Pools and accessories in line with authorised price structure
Facilitate on site client appointments to complete sales process
Ensure required information is collected and delivered in line with operational and company requirements
Open communication with sales, client services, operations, contractors
Provide advice and guidance about both our products and other completion requirements outside of the sale inclusions, to add value to the customers purchase journey
General administration duties including process deposits and reconciliation, stationary and IT requirements
Attendance at various industry consumer expos, events and training
Display centre maintenance management to the highest standard
Any additional duties as directed by the General Manager
What We're Looking For
Sales experience
: Retail, showroom, or face-to-face sales experience
Industry or building and Excavation knowledge
: Familiarity with pools is a plus, but full training will be provided
Customer-focused
: Friendly, helpful, and always putting the customer first
Team player
: Works independently but values collaboration and team success
Detail-oriented
: Accurate and organised in all aspects of the job
Strong communicator
: Clear, confident, and approachable in all interactions

Remuneration
