Contracts Administrator - for well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor.
The business delivers a strong pipeline of healthcare, workplace, defence and government fit-out projects, up to $5M.
Fast-paced role, working closely with Project Managers across a range of diverse fit-out projects and live environments
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
* Administer head contract obligations
* Review RFIs, invoices and cost reports
About You
* Minimum 5 years' CA experience in Australian commercial construction
* Experience delivering fit-out or refurbishment projects
* Strong knowledge of variations, EOTs and contract administration
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Professional written communication and strong attention to detail
* Reliable, organised and proactive
Highly Regarded
* Experience with Procore (preferred) and BuildLogic
* Exposure to Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas
* Exposure to live environment construction
