Medical Receptionist/ Office AdministratorAbout the roleWe are seeking reliable, experienced Medical Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join the team at Sapphire Family Medical Practice in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs. This position is approximately 24 hours per week. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy medical practice.

What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional mannerEfficiently managing patient bookings, enquiries and recordsAssisting with the coordination of appointments, referrals and test resultsProviding administrative support to the medical team, including invoicing, scanning, answering calls, assisting practice manager with accreditationMaintaining the practice's inventory and suppliesProcessing payments and managing the medical practice's financesEnsuring compliance with relevant medical and administrative policies and proceduresWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a medical receptionist in a Medical PracticeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff and other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic mannerStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using medical practice management software Best Practice or equivalent and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of medical software Best Practice or equivalent, terminology and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirementsA caring and compassionate attitude, with a genuine interest in providing quality healthcareTeam player who is able to work on their own independentlyMust be efficient and able to multitaskWhat we offerAt Sapphire Family Medical Practice, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
