**Duties / responsibilities**:
To assist with the daily activities of the property management department, including:
- Administration Tasks
- Managing property maintenance
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Marketing properties
- Lease preparation
- Conduct open homes and appointments, including Saturdays
- Tenant/Landlord communication
**Skills / Experience**:
- Current driver's license and own car
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service focused
- Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
- Discipline to follow procedures and process
- Keen willingness to learn and able to take direction from others
- Ability to build rapport
- Experience working with a range of IT & software platforms

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
