About the Role
As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the testing, preparation, installation, and maintenance of parking systems and related technologies. Your work will directly impact system performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will work both on-site and in preparation settings, ensuring that installations are carried out professionally, safely, and to the highest standards.
About You
You will be naturally very hands on and have an eye for detail... along with an inquisitive approach for trouble shooting.
Full training will be provided, however, you will be an experienced technician comfortable using hand power tools and ideally have exposure to electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Setup
Install, configure, and integrate parking, revenue, and LPR systems.
Handle wiring, programming, testing, and customer training.
Ensure installations meet project and client requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct pre-installation checks and validate equipment performance.
Follow quality procedures to ensure reliable system operation.
Maintenance & Support
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical faults.
System Performance & Improvement
Maintain optimal system functionality and integrity.
Identify upgrade opportunities and communicate with sales.
Equipment & Safety
Manage tools, stock, and workspace readiness.
Adhere to all safety and handling protocols.

A salary of
$70K-$80K +Super +Vehicle
will be offered depending on experience. A higher salary will be negotiated with an experienced candidate.
