Responsibilities
* Liaise with end user, engineering and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Create, document complex business processes, process maps, future state workflows, as is and to be documentation.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements and identify gaps.
* Ability to clearly communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
* Good experience in similar role as Business Analyst for large complex environments
* Proven experience working on Defence projects.
* Must have a valid or active NV1 Security Clearance or higher.
* Proven project experience in any of the following: O365 and Windows 11 rollout, Teams and Skype for Business upgrades, Exchange 2019 and/or Microsoft Intune deployment.
* Proven experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
* Excellent communication skills and presentations skills
