We are seeking an accomplished Account Director with deep agency experience in experiential marketing, brand activation and events to lead the delivery of complex, high-profile campaigns.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior operator who understands how to bring brands to life through premium experiences. You will oversee the full lifecycle of major activations, from strategic brief and concept development through to production, live delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
The ideal candidate will come from a high-performing agency environment, with proven experience managing large-scale campaigns, multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines. You will be confident leading teams, advising senior clients and ensuring every activation is executed to the highest standard.

About the Role
As Account Director, you will lead the strategic planning and delivery of integrated experiential campaigns and events for major brand clients.
You will take ownership of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring each project is delivered with creativity, operational excellence and commercial discipline.
This role requires someone who understands the entire customer journey, from concept and engagement through to experience design and execution. You will work closely with internal teams, production partners and clients to deliver seamless activations that drive measurable results.
You will also lead and mentor team members, providing structure, guidance and accountability across projects while ensuring the highest level of service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and brand activations, from briefing and concept development through to live execution and evaluation.
* Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships.
* Provide strategic guidance to clients, translating marketing objectives into compelling live experiences.
* Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets and supplier management to ensure operational excellence.
* Lead internal project teams, ensuring clear direction, accountability and collaboration across departments.
* Maintain financial oversight across campaigns, managing budgets, forecasting and project profitability.
* Present campaign ideas, strategic thinking and results confidently to clients and stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and contribute to agency growth.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be a high-calibre agency operator with significant experience delivering complex experiential campaigns.
* Minimum 8+ years' experience in marketing, brand activation, experiential or events, including significant agency experience.
* Proven track record delivering large-scale brand activations, experiential campaigns and premium events.
* Strong experience managing multiple clients, campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring delivery excellence across projects.
* Exceptional project management and operational leadership skills, including timelines, production and supplier coordination.
* Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budget control and campaign profitability.
* Experience developing and presenting strategic campaign ideas and pitch responses.
* Deep understanding of consumer engagement and the customer experience journey.
Candidates with experience working on global or enterprise brands within leading agencies will be highly regarded.
