The exciting opportunity:
* Lead and inspire clinical teams across multiple residential aged care sites, championing best practice and person-centred care

About you:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and significant experience in clinical nursing leadership within aged care
* Proven track record managing clinical teams, leading education programs, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
* In-depth knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, clinical governance, and accreditation processes
* Strong skills in clinical risk management, incident investigation, and infection control leadership
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with resilience and a solutions-focused approach
* Tertiary qualifications in nursing and/or clinical education, with a preference for those with postgraduate credentials
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and satisfactory clearances including Police and NDIS Worker Screening
