The Opportunity
ResourceCo is expanding.
As infrastructure and construction activity across South Australia continues to grow, so does our Recycling & Waste division. We are looking for a driven, organised and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our high-performing Sales team.
This is not just an admin role.
This is a role for someone who wants to:
Be at the centre of customer relationships
Manage real accounts and contribute to revenue
Influence pipeline performance
Support tenders that win major projects

You will be the connector between customers, sales, and operations — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every opportunity is captured.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and manage quotes, contracts and pricing updates
Support tender submissions for major opportunities
Assist in managing a portfolio of small to medium customers
Follow up on leads and quotes to maximise conversion
Help the team meet and exceed budget targets
Extensive customer service experience
Skilled in analysing data and producing detailed reviews
Own the CRM & Pipeline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
Track opportunities and ensure timely follow up
Provide insights into trends, performance and customer behaviour
Be the Go-To Person
Act as a key contact for customer queries
Verify orders, rates, credit limits and payment details
Coordinate internally with operations and sales
Prepare monthly sales and management reports
You will play a vital role in making sure our commercial engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Who You Are

You bring:
Experience in Sales Support, Internal Sales or Sales Administration
Confidence using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Strong attention to detail
The ability to meet deadlines and juggle competing demands
A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Waste, Quarrying or Manufacturing is highly regarded, but not essential.
Most importantly — you're motivated, adaptable and ready to grow.
