Key Responsibilities:
* Create personalized customer experiences by finding their ideal jewellery piece(s)
* Meet or exceed set sales targets and performance indicators
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and business processes
* Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
