We are seeking a motivated, well organised individual with exposure in a similar role and a passion for continuous learning and growth to join our Head Office team & are offering a full-time position working 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
This role will cover in-house IT Support, Admin and Special Projects functions. It will provide the suitable candidate the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas and projects across the business with responsibilities including but limited to:
* Assist in the day-to-day operation, security, reliability and smooth running of the group's ICT and digital infrastructure to ensure company systems, networks, website, hardware and software operate at full capability at all times.
* Provide a central point of knowledge excellence relating to all group ICT systems and tools.
* Assist in various company projects supporting the ICT & digital components as directed.
* Manage all internal security software and systems including but not limited to CCTV, alarms, electronic entry gates and keys.
* Coordinate the purchasing of all IT related equipment to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user and project need.
* Maintain the IT Asset Register & liaise with Finance staff as required to keep up to date.
* Create and maintain various documentation, technical information, installation and configuration details, and end user's procedures and instruction.
* Promote a harmonious environment with company staff to foster a positive and can-do approach to servicing the needs of Oxworks customers above the needs of a single department or Branch.
