We are seeking an experienced team leader with strong truck body building background desirable. Custom Truck Bodies & Trailers is looking for a supervisor to lead our workshop operations and deliver our high-quality builds.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise workshop output to achieve Production, Productivity and Efficiency
· Liaise with owner, estimator & draftsman to ensure builds are to what our customers want.
· Excellent communication skills in a diverse team workshop
· Mentor & support apprentices in the workshop
About You:
The ideal candidate will hold a Trade Certificate in Engineering or fabrication. The role requires a strong sheet metal aptitude and understanding of truck body manufacturing and experience supervising technical teams. A valid Australian driver's and a forklift license is required.
