Our state-of-the-art facilities include Cycle Studios, Reformer Pilates, cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a motivating and inspiring environment.Join the Cartel!The Role :In this key role, you'll manage customer service delivery to our members and oversee the reception team. Your responsibilities include assisting members with enquiries, providing excellent service, and managing the team to meet customer service KPIs and retention goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries to meet company targets.Supervise and support the reception team, including training and rostering.Ensure staffing levels align with operational needs in collaboration with the Retail Manager.Drive customer service excellence and meet KPI targets.Handle calls, queries, complaints, and utilize software systems for member management.Perform café duties, including using coffee machines and preparing protein shakes.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue, including the café and retail shelves.Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and perform other duties as required.What you’ll need to succeed :At least 3 years of supervisory customer service experience with excellent communication skills.Financially driven with a focus on achieving targets.Experience in KPI-driven environments.Strong rapport-building skills and a desire to help others succeed.Problem-solving skills and resilience.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused attitude and passion for health and fitness.Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach.Ability to learn new systems and hold current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).Flexibility to work varied hours as per gym operations.Australian working rights.What we'll offer you in return:Joining a rapidly expanding, exciting brand in the fitness industry.Career development opportunities through our Future Leaders program.Perks including free gym memberships, discounts on products, and access to wellness spas.Work in state-of-the-art facilities with 24/7 access, studios, saunas, cafés, and more.How to Apply:Click ‘APPLY’ to submit your resume and cover letter.
