Our client are a leeading car rental agent, and now seeking a suitably experienced Fleet Controller.
This role will see you liaising with suppliers, negotiating quotes, booking orders and managing the logistics of vehicle fleet. You will also work collaboratively with our branch managers to ensure fleet standards are achieved within set time frames.
Your primary duties include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Audit vehicles on regular basis to maintain high level of presentation
- Vehicle servicing at service intervals in accordance with Company standards
- Contracting & supervision of contractor work
- Arrange warranty repairs
- Daily check / recording of fuel tank level
- Daily reporting on vehicle status for Branch Managers
