* Assist in preparing and managing project documentation (e.g. SWMS, compliance packs, handover files)
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery schedules, procurement, and site access requirements are tracked and met
* Maintain accurate records, project scheduling and documentation in Asana (our project management tool)
* Communicate with clients and contractors for status updates, documentation requests, and scheduling confirmations. Including client portals such as Aconex and Procore.
* Help ensure projects stay compliant, well-documented, and ready for audit or handover
-----------------------------------

* A collaborative environment where your work is appreciated and impactful
* Career development pathways into project coordination or operations
