We are currently looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team at KiaWarwick Farm.
What the role entails:
o Establish, monitor and ensure long- and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
o Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
o Mentoring and coaching sales team
o Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
o Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities
What we are looking for:
o Strong understanding of the automotive industry
o 3- 5 years experience working within a Sales role
o Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
o Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
o Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
o C-Class current driver's license
