What You'll Be Doing:
This role leads the creation and delivery of retail activation plans that connect sales, marketing, and retail partners to drive category and brand growth.
You'll ensure Dulux brands are presented in-store to influence shopper choice, using insights and customer priorities to shape impactful experiences.
Managing a team of three, you'll oversee in-store activation elements like point-of-sale, training content, and Store of the Future concepts.
The role also involves coordinating sales and marketing forums, managing agency relationships, and ensuring commercial outcomes through effective budgeting and CAPEX management.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in retail, hardware, FMCG, or shopper marketing
Degree in Marketing or Commerce preferred (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
Strong stakeholder and agency management experience
Skilled in translating shopper insights into effective retail strategies
Highly organised, collaborative, and results-driven with a growth mindset
