Marketing Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Sugarland Plaza, QLD | Hours: 28 hrs/week | Start Date: 12 Dec 2025
Sugarland Plaza is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the centre management team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and supporting retailer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
* Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok) and assist with website management.
* Collaborate with retailers and stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
* Create visually engaging content aligned with the centre's marketing strategy.
* Operate independently as part of the centre management team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Early-career marketer (1–3 years' experience) with a Marketing or Business degree.
* Strong foundation in marketing principles and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.
* Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-oriented.
* Resilient, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
