Reporting to a Senior Product Manager Chapter Lead, this Product Manager plays a key role in the Future of Travel squad, supporting the day‐to‐day management of CommBank's travel products while partnering with the Product Owner to deliver initiatives that meet business priorities, enhance customer experiences, and ensure changes are delivered safely and effectively.

More specifically, you will:

• Own end-to-end product management of Travel products, driving performance and outcomes
• Deliver initiatives that improve NPS and support sustainable growth
• Partner within a squad to enhance digital customer experiences
• Identify opportunities to simplify products and uplift SOPs and processes
• Monitor market, competitor, regulatory, and broader industry trends to inform decisions
• Manage risks and controls, ensuring products operate as designed and align with CBA risk expectations
• Support the Product Owner in delivering strategic roadmap initiatives and BAU activities

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Previous product management experience, ideally within financial services
• Strong customer obsession with a genuine customer‐first mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data‐driven decisions
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes and executing product roadmaps
• Strong problem‐solving capability with a growth mindset, high learning agility and proactive approach to risk management
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and manage risks
