Leadership Opportunity for Youth Mental Health Professionals

As a senior mental health clinician, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring clinical staff within a multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct and indirect care for young people with complex needs, drive evidence-based interventions, and coordinate daily clinical operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert clinical leadership and guidance
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
* SUPPORT workforce capability through mentoring, supervision and training
* Coordinate case reviews, clinical meetings and operational priorities
* Foster strong interagency relationships to enhance care pathways
To be successful, you will require:
* Qualification in psychology, nursing, social work or occupational therapy
* Current registration with relevant professional body
* Demonstrated expertise in youth mental health care
* Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills
