Administrative Sales Support Role
The primary objective for this position is to assist the Executive Sales Director and Assistant by monitoring administrative details and clearing the path to maximize business impact.

* Display excellent communication skills, written (basic grammar, punctuation), verbal, and customer service.
* Possess the ability to navigate through websites to research and obtain information.
This role requires the ability to maintain a consistent flow of prospects while tracking administrative details. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the Sales Director's calendar, tasks, and emails.
* Placing outbound calls and sending follow-up emails using established processes and scripts.
* Scheduling appointments, calls, meetings, webinars, and website submissions.
* Maintaining and tracking the Executive Sales Director's projects, tasks, and reminders.
* Researching and creating new leads, as well as updating existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
