In this casual role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a vital part in the smooth and efficient running of the medical centre. Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist patients in a courteous and helpful manner
* Schedule and manage patient appointments
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
* Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
* Perform general administrative duties as required
* Liaise with medical and nursing staff to coordinate patient flow
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in using medical practice management software
* Demonstrated proficiency in Best Practice medical practice management software required
* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
* A friendly, empathetic and professional manner
